This website is run by me, Claire Smith, a BACP accredited psychodynamic therapist based at Manor Drive Medical Centre, Worcester Park, KT4 7LG.

I only collect the information I need to respond to your enquiry. When you use the contact form on this website, you provide your name, email address, and your message. I use this information solely to reply to you.

I do not ask you to create an account. There is no login, no e-commerce, and no payment processing on this website.

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How I protect your information

Your contact form submissions are transmitted securely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). I take reasonable steps to protect any personal information I hold and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

As a BACP accredited therapist, I follow the BACP Ethical Framework when it comes to handling personal and sensitive information.

This website uses a simple, privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how many people visit and which pages are most useful. It does not use cookies for tracking, does not collect personal information, and does not follow you across other websites.

How long I keep your data

I keep contact form enquiries only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and handle any follow-up. Once our correspondence is complete and there is no further need to retain it, I will delete your information securely.

If you become a client, separate data retention policies apply to your therapy records, and these will be explained to you at the start of our work together.

Third-party services

Third-party services

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit the site, Vercel may process certain technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the pages to you. You can read Vercel's privacy policy for more details on how they handle this.

I do not use any other third-party services that collect your personal information.
